At RainSisters, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your waterproof coat; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization form.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully fold the garment and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Address the parcel to our studio in Latvia using a tracked shipping service of your choice, as the sender is responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
